Did you enjoy the extra chocolate treats over the Easter? Now you’re feeling a little guilty and you just KNOW that it will make your clothes feel tighter.

OR WILL IT?

Here’s a little trick you can try in order to allow yourself the pleasure of a great weekend, without causing permanent damage.

You’ve probably heard of affirmations. And you’ve probably heard all kinds of stories of ones that worked, as well as plenty that have not worked. There is a reason why many have not worked and if you’ve followed my writings then you may have read some of the reasons why some people have not had success using this method. Let’s at least get the wording right for this occasion. If it doesn’t work then you will know that there are deeper issues going on that can only be overcome at the workshop or with the Success Signature Switch for Weight.

“I eat and drink what I desire while staying at this size”.

Repeat this every time you think of it — at least three times

This will work for some people because the only reason they put on weight is because they believe the media and advertising which we’ve been bombarded with for so many years and we have taken them on as truth.
